Woah, mama! September was a busy month, indeed! 3 back to back football games certainly kept our staff on our toes especially when feeding over 50,000 K-State fans! Our team has done a phenomenal job, and we are so incredibly proud of them. We thank every member of our team for giving their all and continuing to grow and learn with us.
CULINARY CREATIONS
Among our many catering events held in September on top of football, we had the pleasure of catering for the K-State Athletics Ring of Honor event. This event had a delectable menu including Beef Filet with Demi-Glaze, Baby Medley Rosemary Potatoes, and Royal New York Cheesecake! We thank K-State Athletics for presenting us with this opportunity and look forward to many more!
COMMUNITY
One of our most notable events we held this month was a 4-course served dinner on the 50 Yard Line at the Bill Snyder Family Stadium. With the help of ACA Event Rental, we put together an astounding arrangement for our guests. Our menu consisted of Arugula Salad, Shrimp Ceviche, Filet Oscar with Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus, and White Cake with Amaretto Ricotta and Fresh Berries. Our food was well-received, and we thank ACA Event Rental for their immense help!
