THE TEAM

This month, our team launched the Guest Chef Program. Our chefs' culinary capabilities are highlighted by getting the chance to engage directly with our student athletes. Pictured here is our very own Chef Ricardo and his Puerto Rican Paella he made for our athletes. Meanwhile, a slide show played in our Performance Table detailing Ricardo's history and what led him to becoming a chef. Looks delicious, Rico!

CULINARY CREATIONS

While Ricardo served some Puerto Rican cuisine, Chef Pedro came through with a delicious Cuban spread! As part of a private dinner won at this year's Powercat Auction, Chef Pedro delighted our guests with a Cuban assortment, including Shredded Beef Stew, Cod with Potatoes, Cheese Custard, and more. This month truly allowed our chefs to represent their culture, and they did so splendidly!

COMMUNITY

We always aim above and beyond to please, especially when it comes to our suite holders. For this month's game against OSU, we teamed up with Crumbl Cookies in Manhattan to give the gift of K-State-themed cookies, and boy, were they delicious! Huge thanks to Crumbl for their partnership with us, and we look forward to many cookies in the future!
