This month, we had the pleasure of welcoming Jessica Noble to our team as our new Marketing Intern! She is a Junior at K-State currently attaining a degree in Marketing. She's truly stepped up to the plate (literally) by assisting us with our catering, as well as performing market research, working on our social media, and updating our website. Super happy to have you on board, Jessica!
CULINARY CREATIONS
Earlier this month was Baseball Night in the Shamrock Zone, and it was a huge success! This banquet served as a wonderful kickoff into the K-State Baseball Season. The night was complete with a silent auction, delighted guests, and a delectable menu. Our menu featured Beef Medallions, Carrot Cake, Chicken Piccata, and much more. Huge thanks to Chefs Pedro, Mark, and Evan for preparing them!
COMMUNITY
At Sodexo, we care about our team. But not only at K-State. Our Sodexo friends at Pittsburg State University requested the aid of some of our catering & culinary staff for a wedding happening on their campus. Our team helped the Gorilla Dining Team through planning, strategizing, and executing for a beautiful wedding reception and rehearsal dinner. Our very own Chef Pedro led the kitchen to success by helping to coordinate and prep all of the food for the reception and rehearsal dinner! Huge shoutout to our Pitt State pals for allowing us to come help and being so accommodating!
